The Tom Bradley International Terminal at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) boasts the largest multimedia installation of any airport in the Americas. To make this ambitious project a reality, Stranger Production was commissioned to program and install five Christie X20 Spyder video processors that would interface the Moment Factory X-Agora multimedia system with the Daktronics LED board.
The Christie Spyder is an advanced video processor that is capable of managing up to 16 inputs and 8 outputs. It is not only capable of switching between different content systems but also features a variety of features such as scaling, stretching, and edge blending. With the Christie Spyder, Stranger Production was able to create a seamless transition between the Moment Factory X-Agora multimedia system and the Daktronics LED board.
The X-Agora system is a feature-rich multimedia platform that can be used to create dynamic content for a variety of applications. The system is capable of displaying a wide range of content, including video, audio, imagery, and text. The Christie Spyder was critical in ensuring that the content displayed on the X-Agora system was accurately displayed on the Daktronics LED board.
The Daktronics LED board is a state-of-the-art display system that can be used to create stunning visuals. The board is capable of displaying a variety of content, including graphics, text, and video. With the Christie Spyder, Stranger Production was able to ensure that the content displayed on the X-Agora system was accurately displayed on the Daktronics LED board.
The installation of the five Christie X20 Spyders at the Tom Bradley International Terminal was a critical component of the project. Without the Spyder’s ability to seamlessly interface the Moment Factory X-Agora multimedia system to the Daktronics LED board, the ambitious project would not have been possible. Thanks to Stranger Production’s programming and installation of the Christie Spyders, the Tom Bradley International Terminal now boasts the largest media installation of any airport in the Americas.
